Sparse, dry, uncompromising. Priorat and Montsant are among the most demanding wine regions in Spain. The vines must root deeply here to find water at all. Accordingly, one finds a lot of mineral, herbal, and smoky notes in the wines. We taste pure Grenache as well as typical blends with Carignan, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The evening begins with a structured white wine and a rosé, both intended as serious food companions. An evening about depth, origin, and the expression of extreme conditions.

With a large portion of passion and enthusiasm, we would like to experience enjoyable moments with you regularly around the theme of wine. The world of wine is multifaceted, diverse, and sometimes complex. Our guided themed tastings in Bern not only offer you the opportunity to taste different wines but also provide an in-depth insight into selected topics from the world of wine. Whether it's a grape variety, a wine region, an exciting comparison of different wineries, or special finds from the Old and New World.


In addition to presenting selected wines, we would like to clearly categorize their origin, characteristics, and style. Clear, personal, and understandable communication is important to us - so that wine knowledge brings joy and enjoyment remains the focus.

The number of participants is limited. Early reservation is worthwhile!

Procedure

Tasting with 8 to 9 different wines. Accompanied by small snacks & grissini.

Duration

The tasting lasts 1.5 to 2 hours and takes place while standing. Some seating options are available.

Cost

The tasting costs CHF 65.00 per person.
